2023 Strategic Program Speakers

Joel Toews is a Geologist in Training with Obsidian energy Ltd. where he has been employed since 2021. Mr. Toews is part of the development team for the Peace River asset, where he is responsible for various projects in the area including prospecting, mapping, and drilling Bluesky and other plays. He also performs all the geology related work for the well abandonment team. Joel is a graduate from the University of Calgary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology.
