Originally from New Brunswick, I graduated from my Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick in 1999. I started my career in various advertising and marketing roles. I moved to Alberta due to a work transfer in 2001, this was a great opportunity for me to start my career in Alberta. In 2008 I made the choice to change the direction of my career and move in to Human Resources. I worked at Suncor Energy in the HR function from 2008-2022 and started at Worley in 2022.  I am very passionate about driving value in the business by providing strategic HR Support and in the HR function improving service delivery through transformation of operating models for a more centralized service delivery and to provide more self-service to the business and improve the user experience working with HR.

I have held various HR roles in the last 15 years, some of which have been HR Strategic & Labour Relations Business Partner as well as various leadership roles in HR Operations shared services. Since 2018 I have been in leading ServiceNow HR system implementations at Suncor and now at Worley.
